A heat wave is gripping MnF Metropolis with no sign of slowing down! The unbearable heat is causing rolling blackouts, so there's no way to keep cool! The women of the city are reduced to wearing bikinis which leave very little of their outrageous curves to the imagination! Officer Juggs has come to the realization that the heat wave is supernatural in origin, and she sends her best officer, Phil Watson to investigate!
